Each of my classes are tailored to every level of ability or physical fitness.
Before taking part in a class please fill out my health questionnaire, this ensures that you will be as safe as possible during my face to face and online classes.

Mindful Movements for adults
Mindfully moving is such a wonderful way for us to connect to our bodies and our breath, each month this class will cover a different theme allowing you to experience a host of different yoga and meditation styles.

Mindful Movements for Schools
I currently run Mindful Movements classes for Primary and Secondary Schools throughout Ayrshire.
Each class I run is tailored to requirements set out by parents/carers and teachers and are carried out in a fun way allowing children and teenagers to play, laugh and learn about the benefits of yoga in a relaxed atmosphere.

One to one sessions
I also offer hourly one to one sessions which can be done in the comfort of your own home.
My one to one sessions include a personal yoga plan suited to your individual needs containing information and diagrams of what we’ve covered which enable you to continue your practice at your own pace.
