I have practised yoga and meditation for many years, as a busy working mum I credit it with keeping me relatively sane.

I offer light-hearted, non judgemental yoga classes and one to one sessions for adults and children which draw from various yoga traditions . Each class ends with a guided relaxation leaving you feeling lighter and brighter.
